Monthly Trainings for New and Non-Tenured Employees

In my role as Teacher Development Liaison, I am able to support all staff members in monthly trainings as well as individualized support.

New-Educator Trainings

Each month I meet with the educators new to the school system or to the profession to support their efforts and prepare them for their end-of-year evaluations.

Process:

  1. Needs Assessment - Identify preexisting knowledge

  2. Meet with SMEs:

    1. Administrators

    2. Instructional team leaders

    3. Office of DE&I

    4. Office of Professional Learning

  3. Develop trainings

  4. Facilitate Trainings

  5. Follow-Up to determine impact and future training needs
